CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice (TSP)

The CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice (TSP) is ideal for people looking for a basic train the trainers qualification, but will not be teaching in further education establishments or other government funded further education schemes.

Our aim at Good Skills Training is that all learners should enjoy their Level 3 Training Skills and Practice Course and that by the end of their course all learners should be confident trainers.

  • Training assessment
CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice
  • 18 Guided Learning Hours.
  • Usually run over 8 days 9:00 - 16:00.
  • This is an intensive course and there will be some homework throughout the course to assist with the learning process and to ensure learners meet the minimum learning hours.
CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice Course Prerequisite
  • There are no formal prerequisites for this course.
  • Please inform us of any learning or physical special needs that any learners may have prior to the course, so that we can cater for these.
CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice Assessment Process
    • There is 1 assignment to complete to pass this course;
      • Assignment:
        • To produce a plan for a 25 – 30 minute micro-teach.
        • Deliver a micro-teach session.
        • Obtain tutor and peer feedback for this session and complete a self-evaluation.
