The Fire Extinguisher Course is designed to give learners the skills and knowledge to be able to use this potentially lifesaving piece of equipment in a safe and effective way. This course automatically forms a part of our Fire Safety and Fire Marshall Courses or it can be run as a standalone course.

Fire Extinguisher Course Duration

1-2 Guided Learning Hours.

Fire Extinguisher Course Prerequisite

There are no formal prerequisites for this course.

Please inform us of any learning or physical special needs that any delegates may have prior to the course, so that we can cater for these.

Fire Extinguisher Course Requirements

To be able to run the practical elements of this course our trainer will require an outside space where it is safe to let the extinguishers off.

We do not use live fires due to the insurance implications and costs.

Fire Extinguisher Course Assessment Process

This course is continually assessed by our trainer.

Fire Extinguisher Course Renewal Process

Every 3 years delegates will be required to undertake a Fire Marshall Course to renew their qualification and keep their skills fresh.
