Since the beginning of this year Good Skills Training have been providing first aid training for groups of foster carers working for Herts County Council. The training has been put on each month for a group of about twelve carers each time.

We have found that our communication with the organisation has always been positive. The trainers have been reliable and we have received certificates for each participant together with a booklet promptly after each course.

In all about one hundred carers and ten members of staff have completed the training and the feedback from all has been very positive. It would appear that the material covered is exactly what the carers need in looking after children. It is delivered in an accessible way and meets our needs appropriately.
