Paediatric First Aid Course Overview

The Paediatric First Aid Course meets the requirements under the Early Years Foundation Framework for first aid training in early year’s settings. It is a requirement under this framework that at least one member of staff is present who has attended and passed a Paediatric First Aid Course.

This 2 day course is suitable for anyone who currently works or is looking to work in the early year’s industry. Good Skills Training is currently the preferred supplier or on the framework of a number of local authority’s for the Paediatric First Aid Course.

Our aim at Good Skills Training is that all learners should enjoy their Paediatric First Aid Course and that by the end of their course all learners should be safe, prompt, effective and confident first aiders in an early year’s environment.

Paediatric First Aid Course Duration

12 Guided Learning Hours.

Usually run over 2 Days, 9:30 - 16:30.

Paediatric First Aid Course Prerequisite

There are no formal prerequisites for this course.

Please inform us of any learning or physical special needs that any learners may have prior to the course, so that we can cater for these.
