Dear Ian & Ruth,

I just wanted to thank you for an excellent first aid course last week. All of my staff said they
thoroughly enjoyed the course and felt really confident afterwards. As you know some of us
were re-qualifying and we felt that Ruth’s method of training was much more effective than
some of the courses we had attended previously.

Tumble Tots has unique requirements in this area; we need to meet our legal requirements for
an appointed person but we also need to know how to deal with child incidents. To achieve this
via most publically available courses would mean at least two courses and several days of
training, much of which is overkill for us (we do not need to meet the full Ofsted requirements for first aid!).
Your tailored course was perfect for our needs and as three franchisees combined to send staff
it was really cost effective as well.

We look forward to seeing you in three years for a refresher!
