Course Overview

The Blended QNUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Requalification is for existing workplace first aiders who need to renew a valid qualification before it expires.

Learners complete the theory online before attending one face-to-face practical training and assessment day. The practical session refreshes incident assessment, CPR, AED use, casualty management and the treatment of serious injuries and medical emergencies.

The blended format reduces time away from work without reducing the practical focus of the requalification. Our trainers create a supportive environment where experienced first aiders can update their knowledge, practise their skills and rebuild confidence.

Choosing the right first aid course: Employers should use a first-aid needs assessment to decide whether First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work is the most appropriate level of training and how many trained first aiders are required.

Who Should Attend?

Suitable for learners who hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate and need to requalify before it expires. The online learning must be completed before the face-to-face practical day.

Prerequisites

You must already hold a valid First Aid at Work Qualification to attend this course. It is recommended that candidates have a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy or equivalent. Learners are required to demonstrate first aid procedures as they would in a real work environment. What People Say About Us

Feedback from organisations that have used our services.

We have been working with Good Skills Training over the past seven years as they provide First Aid training for our staff. They have continuously offered a friendly and professional service, from each initial enquiry, through to booking and delivery. On occasions, we have made specific requests, and they have always been willing to accommodate our requirements. As school funding continues to be restricted, we have found that they offer a quality provision at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services.
