Leadership Skills Course Two Day Program is practical training built around the decisions people may need to make at work. Learners develop the confidence to lead people with clearer expectations, practical communication and a more consistent management approach.
We keep the session clear, interactive and relevant. The tutor explains the reasons behind each action, checks understanding and uses realistic examples so the learning is easier to remember and apply.

This course is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, aspiring managers and customer-facing staff.
For workplace first aid, the employer should select training through a suitable first-aid needs assessment. For regulated qualifications, learners must also meet the awarding organisation's entry and assessment requirements.

Maximum learners
Maximum 16 learners per tutor. A smaller group may be recommended where the session includes detailed practical assessment or where the venue limits safe practice space.
Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites. Learners should tell us about any support needs before the course so we can make suitable arrangements.
Course duration
- 16 guided learning hours
- Delivered over 2 days, typically 09:00 ? 17:00 each day
Assessment
Tutor observation, discussion and practical scenario work, with a short knowledge check where appropriate.
Certification
Learners who complete the course receive a Good Skills Training certificate of attendance or achievement. The exact certificate wording is confirmed in the course booking information.
Requalification
There is no fixed expiry for this GST course unless stated in the booking confirmation. Employers should schedule refresher training when procedures, risks or guidance change, or where practice shows it is needed.
