The course provides an introduction to leadership skills for those newly appointed to leadership roles. It can also be used as a refresher for experienced leaders. It is inter-active from the outset and learners will be required to undertake individual and group tasks. The skills learnt on the course will enable learners to be more confident to undertake their leadership/supervisory roles. The second day of the course expands on topics covered in day 1 and looks at how the skills from day 1 have been practically applied in the workplace.
