The First Aid for Foster Carers Course is a short course designed to give learners the knowledge and skills to deal with an emergency in the home. The course meets the requirements of the Fostering Services National Minimum Standards, that all foster carers receive sufficient training on first aid.

Prerequisites
The course is designed for those who are 16 years and over.
This course includes providing CPR to a casualty who is on the floor, therefore learners must be physically capable of doing this.

This Course is Certificates by Good Skills Training on successfully completion of the course learners will receive a certificate of attendance
