The Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace Course is a five day course designed to give delegates in a management or supervisory role, or company owners and directors, an understanding of their legal and moral obligations to ensure health and safety within the business.   • Part 1: Learners are expected to undertake the following activities:
    • Undertake a risk assessment
    • Construct a safe system of work
  • Part 2: Written examination
    • The written assessment will take the form of a written case study, with questions set in relation to the case study.
    • Successfully learners will demonstrate knowledge and understanding across the qualification unit and achieve a pass mark of 60%.
    • A merit is achieved with a score of 70%
    • A distinction is awarded for 80% or more.
