The 'Qualify at Home' course allows you to learn and qualify from home, wherever you are, whatever yourcircumstances and to sit a regulated exam under conditions set out by Ofqual, in your own home.
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service covers the principles of customer service including how to meet customers’ expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques as well as ways to deal with problem customers.

Prerequisites
It is recommended that learners have a minimum of Level 1 literacy or equivalent.
This qualification is for those over 14 years of age.
You will need the following for the eLearning part of the course:

For the eAssessment you will need:

- an isolated area
- smartphone
- personal ID such as passport or driving licence.

The eLearning takes on average 1-2 hours
You should revise for the exam after the eLearning and once ready book your eAssessment
