The Highfield Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Retail is specifically aimed at those that work in a low-risk role, where there is an element of food handling such as stock room or store staff. The course is also ideal as an introduction to food safety practices for school or college staff.

Prerequisite

  • Learners are required to be 14 years of age or above.
  • It is also advised that learners have a minimum of Level 1 in English and maths, or equivalent.

4 contact hours.
