With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health condition each year, it is no surprise that there is a move in improving individuals awareness of mental health.

Our suite of Mental Health qualifications start at level 1 with a simple half day awareness course; aimed at anyone who wants a better understanding of their own mental health, through to a Level 3 Award in Mental Health at Work, designed for mental health champions in the workplace. Each of the three qualifications builds on each other, culminating in the learner being able to undertake simple mental health conversations at work.

The QNUK Level 1 Award in Mental Health at Work is the ideal introduction to understanding mental health in the workplace. The qualification covers the most common mental health conditions and how to look after your own mental health.

The QNUK Level 2 Award in Awareness of Young Peoples Mental Health is an ideal introduction to understanding young people's mental health.
