Stepping into a leadership role can feel like being handed the keys to a bus without a map — and with a team already on board. This hands-on, two-day course gives new and developing leaders the tools, confidence, and clarity they need to lead effectively (and keep the wheels turning). From communication to conflict management, team structures to timekeeping, learners will work through realistic leadership challenges and leave with actionable strategies they can use straight away.

Oh — and there’s no dry lectures here. It’s interactive from the start, with individual and group tasks to keep minds active and ideas flowing.

The Trainer

Your trainer brings over 40 years of leadership and management experience, including senior roles in both Banking and Education. He’s a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and holds leadership qualifications to Masters level — so rest assured, you’re in very capable (and human!) hands.
