The course provides an introduction to leadership skills for those newly appointed to leadership roles. It can also be used as a refresher for experienced leaders. It is inter-active from the outset and learners will be required to undertake individual and group tasks. The skills learnt on the course will enable learners to be more confident to undertake their leadership/supervisory roles.

 

The Trainer

Our trainer for this course has over 40 years Leadership and Management experience. He has held senior leadership positions in both Banking and Education and is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management holding leadership qualifications to Masters level.

Assessment Method

There is no formal end point assessment. Throughout the course learners are encouraged to assess their own performance as part of the skills required in leadership when evaluating their own performance. The trainer will monitor performance and give feedback during the course.

Re-Qualification

There is no requirement to requalify this course, however, learners should undertake regular CPD
